The Diocese of the Holy Cross is a modest diocese with a little over thirty clergy. Despite this size we are very proud of the education of our clergy. We have eleven doctorates among our ranks and with the general languages such as French, Spanish, German, Greek, Latin, and Hebrew often understood by our clergy we also have men proficient in others including: Portuguese, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Sanskrit, Arabic, Old German, Aramaic, and Syriac. While many dioceses give their clergy only one option for seminary studies, our clergy have studied theology at various academic schools throughout the world. The list below speaks for itself.
