Virginia
Marshall:   St. John the Baptist. Let us continue to remember Father David Hoare, the Rector, in our prayers, as he recovers from heart surgery in Gibraltar, and remember St. John the Baptist, as they await his return. Fr. Peter Geromel will celebrate there tomorrow.

South Carolina
Greenville:   A Spring Youth Retreat will be held Friday, April 20, to Sunday, April 22, at the YMCA Camp Greenville, in the beautiful foothills of South Carolina, for youth aged 12-18 (parents of younger children are asked to contact Fr. Paul Sterne at psterne@gmail.com or 803-782-4219 if interested). The Retreat ends with 10 am Mass at St. Francis of Assisi in Spartanburg, with lunch following. Sponsored by the Church of the Epiphany/Diocese of the Holy Cross. Cost: $95.00 payable to the Church of the Epiphany. Contact Fr. Sterne, as above, for applications.

Columbia:   Diocesan Synod 3-5 May. Those attending the Synod may pick up the Holy Oils there. Those not attending will have the Oils mailed to them. Clergy: bring cassock, surplice, tippet, hood & white stole.

Anglican Church Women –   Dss. Nora Wilson (Mrs. Scott P.) of Sahuarita, AZ, (nora@deaconess.net) has been appointed Directress of the Diocesan ACW. She will chair the meeting at the Synod on Thursday, May 3 at 3:00 pm at the Hotel. Her advisors will be Mrs. Michael P. Martin (Darryl) and Mrs. Timothy B. Farmer (Patsi). Our thanks to Darryl Martin for looking after the ACW these past 4 years.

Texas
Brownsville:   Church of the Redeemer, Episcopal Visit, June 1-3. Fr. George Graydon, the Rector, says that the Parish is in need of 1928 Prayer Books in Spanish...as many as it can get. E-mail deltafuneraldirectors@yahoo.com for instructions on where to send Spanish Prayer Books.

Delaware
Wilmington:   St. Mary’s Anglican Catholic Church is hosting the next Anglican Guild of Scholars Meeting September 4-6. The theme is “The Anglican Tradition: A Living Past, a Living Present, and a Living Future.” If you would like to submit a paper, get in touch with the Rev. Canon Kenneth W. Gunn-Walberg at canonken@mymailstation.com. Papers should be approximately one half hour long and will be followed by 15-minute discussion. Possible topics (Past): Prayer Book History, the metaphysical poets, the Caroline Divines, the Oxford Movement, Missions. (Present): Healing our Divisions, Liberalism & Feminism, the Challenge of Islam, the Secular Challenge, the Mega-Churches. (Future): Missions, Africa, South America, China, Orthodoxy & Rome.
